The Problem
Cicaderm's marketing team had no autonomy over their own website. Every time they needed to update a price, add a testimonial, or change a promotion, they had to go through a developer — which meant delays of days for changes that should take minutes. Meanwhile, the site wasn't converting because it looked generic and didn't communicate the brand's value clearly.
